  • Jean Wong is a Chartered Accountant with cumulatively more than 25 years of experience in both professional and commercial sectors. She has served clients at one of the Big four public accounting firms and commercially, handling accounting & tax matters of US based Multinational Corporation (MNC).
Jean is experienced in servicing clients whose shares are publicly traded both locally and on the OTC Market in the US as well as privately incorporated companies spanning a breadth of industries comprising technology, manufacturing, hotel, US shared services, trading and consultancy.   • With more than 30 years cumulatively at a Big Four and medium sized public accounting firms, she brings with her diverse experience in auditing public listed companies locally, companies who shares are traded on the OTC market in US and and private companies, including not-for-profit organisations. Sugan has covered a wide spectrum of industries and business operations including manufacturing, construction, real estate, industrial products, healthcare, hospitality amongst others and non-government organisations.
She also has significant experience in financial due diligence and financial forecast reviews for acquisitions, restructuring and Initial Public Offering (IPO) projects. Professional Education
